What if I would like my children to be transferred to Dr. DiCamillo's office?

What do I do first?  You will be able to download forms from this website and fill them out before you come. Please be patient. This is a work in progress.  Make sure you have the records transferred from your old pediatrician.  Call now for the form until we have this set up.

Do I have to vaccinate my children?  Dr. DiCamillo does believe that children should be vaccinated but the parents are the guardians and responsible for their children. She will work to do what you feel is best for your children.

Dr. DiCamillo will see families who choose to not have health insurance and will work for fair payment plans.
